Many thanks to the Rec Center staff for expanding the pickleball schedule in February.  When it's available see the published calendar at the Rec Center or go online to

No SWCPA events are scheduled for February

The Durango Rec Center has a commitment for Sunday afternoons on Gyms 1 &2 starting Jan 19 thru March 9.  We will look for an alternative venue, but currently there are no events scheduled in February.  

Winter at Schneider Park

With winter fast approaching, please note, the outdoor Pickleball Courts will be opened and closed using an adaptive management system. If the courts have snow or ice in any area of the court, they will be closed and locked. If the weather clears and the snow melts, they will be opened. There is no shoveling or any type of snow removal off the courts! Please note, staff have other obligations/schedules, so if they are closed and the snow melts for example by 3:30 pm, they will not be opened until the next day.
