SWCPA volunteers are teaching children at the Boys and Girls Club of Durango the sport of pickleball throughout the summer.  The first session was a big hit!  See photo of the extra large thank you note the kids made for the volunteers.

The cover page of the Durango Herald featured SWCPA members teaching pickleball to local Montessori School children.  The focus was about the diversity of the sport and how it reaches many generations.  Thank you to the team of volunteers- Mary Ann Christ, Shonny Vanlandingham, Dianne Pauls,  Ginny Dignum, Cooper, Kim Royce and Lisa Kennedy.
